Manage business of $40M a year with an annual ICV of $23M
Operating within international high performance team (63 people in 4 regions, US, Brazil, Europe and China). This year growth of 10% yoy EBITDA.
Lead and implementation for the sales force in the main markets of LATAM region including Brazil, Mexico and Caribbean, Central America, Venezuela, Colombia and Southern Cone.
Regular review of Sales & Customer strategy with Regional CEO.
Responsible to define the work Stream for Sales & Marketing during the start-up of the region, being responsible to lead and design the Sales Strategy & Marketing Plan during the first years.
To lead and implement the Sales force in the main markets of LATAM region.
To Plan and develop the 3 year strategic plan of the region in coordination with the rest of the areas.
To increase the customer base defined on the strategic plan.
Define and implement the Sales target of the region for the main markets in LATAM.
Part of integration Team during COMSAT acquisition.
Achieved growth in revenues up to 44%. Rev: 200 M$ (External & Internal), TOV: 84 M$
Design, planning implementation of the global strategy for Banco Santander. Responsible of the Management of the local team and the coordination of a Pan-european Team.
