Design and develop advanced ELV, Telecom, IT, Fire Alarm, Audio Visual and Security systems for Commercial Projects including Government, Healthcare, Port, Airport, Education, Transportation, Entertainment Sector Etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the Design Development of IT, Telecom, ELV, Electronic Security and Fire Alarm systems as assigned with its follow-up for Authorities.
•Analysing the project requirement and planning the ELV design strategy for the project.
•Space planning, Riser, and Containment routing in coordination with MEP and Architecture disciplines.
•Power Planning and HVAC Load requirements Calculation
•IT designs calculations, drawings, and tender documents for the design projects.
•Grounding / bonding System for Telecom network.
•Managing all the Team of various ELV sub consultants involved in the project being the point of contact.
•Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain approval at all stages of the design development of Projects.
•Coordination with other Discipline Engineers (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical) as applicable for the continuity of the design projects.
•Preparation of meeting records, design review and design progress reports.
•Value engineering the design in accordance to the client Budget.
•Design Enhancement of the Existing ELV system to latest Technology innovations.
•Liaise with Local suppliers / Contractors to ensure adherence to standards and scope of works required by client.
•Provide guidance and advice to the draftsmen for options for production of design drawings.
•Implement project & QA/QC procedures.
•Assist Proposals team to prepare RFP for Inviting bids from Specialist Sub-consultants.
•Review of Technical and commercial Proposals received from the Specialist Sub-Consultants
•Prepare BOQ for QS Team.
•Assisting on review of ELV Package proposals for the Site Team.

1. Designing and checking of shopdrawings mainly for Electrical systems
2. Design drawings for substation and different electrical systems like lighting, lightning, Power, Power containment & cable try.
3. Designing and checking of singleline diagrams
4. Estimation and taking quantities of electrical systems
5. Designing of low voltage systems like Fire alarm, Telecom and data, Public addressing, Master clock and IP clock, Security system, IP tv, Queuing system and Wifi system
6. Coordination between Different systems in BIM
7. Preparation of technical submittals and shopdrawings

3. Allotting works for each sectional worker
4. Job site instruction (JSI)
5. Non-conformity report (NCR)
6. Site meeting, site conference
7. Conduit fittings and wiring
8. Site in charge for all the electrical fittings and and installation
