2) Commercial & Taxation work:
* To take care of legal Compliance, like- E-TDS of Income Tax.
* Monthly TDS Income Tax deposit on time.
* GST working, preparation of return & deposit the GST with authority
* Custom duty clearance & Payment.
* Assessment work for Income Tax & GST
* Mining related work - Royalty, STP & Refund.
* Ensuring proper identification of Job code / group code / Asset code for all transactions
3) MIS:
* Preparation of different MIS report for HQ (Japan) ( Monetary & Non-Monetary)
* Invoice Summery & Status.
* Tax impact on change of Tax Rates. ( Income tax, GST etc)
4) Audit work:
* Audit managing with Big 4 firm.
* TP Audit & Exapts return
* Checking of Accounts records & store documents, Purchase bills of project etc.
* Co-ordination with statutory / internal audit & till Balance sheet finalization.
* Periodically closing books of accounts for Financial report
* Implementing Systems & Procedures of company.
