PMO, STC 4G3 FTK project, Qassim central region: - New 4G3 Macro implementation in Qassim, Hail region. MW network rollout, integration & commissioning of 2G, 3G, TDD, FDD services of Saudi Telecom Co. The overall project scope is HLD, project acceptance, MOP, Quality management mechanism, implementation methodology among subcontractor, contract delivery PAT & site handover. Job responsibilities: End to End site integration, installation Quality Control before ON AIR, Pre-PAT Control & success rate% (cause of Rejection due to Telecom), monthly audit trackers, weekly routine inspection report, Customer satisfaction complaints and solutions. Performance: In month of April-15, I was transferred from EBG to PMO dept at Qassim region. The task responsibilities was assigned by RPM is, ON AIR site acceptance, Quality control including delivery of 53 New sites of STC 4G3. Telecom-PAT markup success was achieved 43% (17/39) with customer satisfaction and 17% failure of rejection. Find out root cause of rejection, prepared OIL summary and implemented cost effective solutions in upcoming sites as agreed with customer. Increase in markup success by end of September 2015-H2 is 34 sites PAT accepted by customer and remaining 23 is ongoing.

Saudi Aramco project: BI-10-00246 Replace Telephone Switches kingdom wide (IK), LSTK: - Technological transition of TDM telephone network. Commission of integrated services offered by reliable, redundant VoIP & UC solution composed of 20 FSDs. The overall scope is engineering, design, procure, install, test and commission as follows; 1.70, 000 IP hard phones and interfaces including licenses. 2.149 - LAG sites to support 30, 000 analog telephones with POTS, XDSL, ISDN BRI interfaces.
3.Four SS7 signaling gateway of TAG sites, Dhahran840, Riyadh345, Jeddah007 & Yanbu0012 with TDM E1/PRI and STM-1 trunk for bearer traffic.
4.Two MCC host core sites with call control, application, management, billing, provisioning and services layer with 10G redundancy. 5.Survivability solution with Local call control of remote sites like shaybah, Hawtah, Abu Ali, Tanajib Marine. 6.Overall IP call control architecture and capability to support SIP, H.248, H.323, MGCP and associated protocol.7.Unified Messaging media with integration of email, fax, voicemail, video conferencing for Saudi Aramco’s enterprise users.
8.Structure cabling up gradation including new racks, terminal block, cableways, CAT-6E cables and public phone outlets.
9.DC power system up gradation for specified LAG, TAG and CC sites.
10.UPS commissioning in specified TRs & TERs.
11.Decommission of all existing telephone equipment.

Even re-schedule of Quality inspection with Saudi Aramco’s inspectors, follow up till surveillance or violation entry closed in Aramco QMIS.

Worked on BI-10-00074 Replace Data Network Equipment of Saudi Aramco contract # 6600021171.
Scope of project: - Migration of ATM data network backbone to multi service IP network consisting of Juniper core, distribution routers & Hp procure access layer POE switches. During the IFC RDNE construction phase following hardware will be utilized to commission the MPLS backbone.
1. Alcatel-1626 LM a WDM 10G mesh TX aggregate platform between DHEB, ABQC & Aindar
2. Juniper core routers T-1600 with matrix shelf’s
3. Juniper core and distribution routers of MX-960 & MX-480 families
4. HP procure 8212, 5406, 3800 distribution POE switches inside plant and buildings facilities
5. Indoor FOC, CAT-6 UTP cabling

3. Zero packet drop test of 3a. Routing engine switch over, 3b. Switch fabric redundancy, 3c. In service software up-gradation and 3d. MPLS Fast re route

5. The UPS & DC rectifier systems battery capacity and performance test
6. Indoor fiber cable end to end loss test, UTP cable wire map, length, insertion loss, NEXT & return loss
The NMS Migration team will shift existing circuits on new MPLS backbone.
Job Profile: To read, understand, comply latest revision of approved Quality plan, approved ITP, schedule Q etc. I will prepare monthly Quality management report for computing Project quality Index %, weekly quality reports, and reviews for customer review and approval. I have to co-ordinate with area QC supervisors to close RFI & Surveillances till corrective action complied as per Saudi Aramco standards. Even re-schedule of Quality inspection with Saudi Aramco’s inspectors, follow up till surveillance or violation entry closed in Aramco QMIS.V3. I have to review performance of individual QC supervisors, inspectors with assigned AAD indicators. I should deal with subcontractor on improvement issue of work, SUR raised, monitor corrective action on non - conformity (NCR). My administrative reporting is to Thales Quality Head and functional to Saudi Aramco’s CPIU supervisor.

Job Profile: Designing & Commissioning (FAT) of Alcatel-1678MCC STM-64 backbone with 1+1MSP at site; connecting Khurais CPF/ RIC via AbuJifan to Abqaiq Communication Building as a core ring. Which has extended DCN to Dhahran NMS. Also having access ring of Siemens-N22 OTN STM-1ring for AbuJifan to GOSP connectivity. For DCC 1GB Ethernet link between RIC and Abqaiq with Marconi BXR 5000 Edge router over GMPLS backbone and FO link for protection. FAT to be provided with Saudi Aramco for Huawei telephone switch C&C08 having ISDN & telephone services throughout field. To enhance GSM signal coverage inside the Khurais area 30nos of GSM repeater/ extenders will be implemented by GSM operator. Application base facilities will be provided like, video conferencing, LAN, CCTV, FM radio, fire alarm & Security sys, etc in KCPF.
Duties: Presently Reporting to Engg. Manager Mr. Francisco for Qurayyah wip & Khurais CPF/RIC project of Saudi Aramco. Responsible for Planning & approval of WIP/ RIC & GOSP area permanent communication facilities network design as per Aramco standard to float the IFC (issued for construction).
In secondary stage placing MTO for construction to different vendor. In third stage commissioning & FAT with Saudi Aramco Representative. Finally circuit provisioning, STMn carrier traffic & TAC support.

Job Profile: Proactive 24x7 monitoring and troubleshooting of metro cities system alarms of various equipments like Adva Transport, Cisco ONS 15454, Tejas MC and Huawei 6100 MSTP.

Job Profile: NLD Transmission Planning & Process Implementation using CISCO ONS -15454(MSTP) for Metro 10G Ring. Bandwidth Backhauling on ADVA FSP -2000 CWDM for IP services .
Duties: Reporting to the DGM- NLD (HQ Planning) in Mumbai; the job assigned assisting for procurement of system & BOQ etc. Network implementation i.e. System trial, type approval, certification, homologation, latency test for acceptance, interoperability test & handing over to O&M, Creating network elements, ring structure, Alarm provisioning in NMS. Successfully commissioned Mumbai-MAN 26 rings of CWDM with 2.5G ring capacity.

Worked on contract basis with Detecon Al Saudia Co Ltd, subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom for their STC Operation & maintenance contract as SDH Tech, Network operations.
Job Profile: Network Operations & maintenance of FOC transmission, SDH -circuits of CR-LS 9 having Lucent Wavestar OLS 80G / 400G DWDM with n’STM-16 carriers capacity. It has also junction tributary interfaces of ISM & ADM- 2000 ranging from sub E1 to STMs. The Siemens SRAL -16 & NERA’s DMR wireless connectivity for remote subscriber access.
Duties: Reporting to the SEO-D based in Riyadh; the job was assigned in Western region MC and responsible for troubleshooting & repair of OLS, ISM, SLR circuit alarms, software reconfiguration & upgradation to minimize service disruption on Central ring.
