Architectural Design Manager for Construction Design for Phase - 1 of a $20 billion megacity project spread over 32 sq.km. The Phase 1 Design/ Build contract comprises of 18.3 sq.km project development which includes 3 no’s 5* luxury Resort and Hotels, 19 hole Golf Course + Golf Clubhouse, 402 Villas & 5400 Apartments, Shopping center and related amenities. The project is in construction stage.
