Implementation of Cerity Enterprise Content management Software (Agilent Technologies ).Includes Managing raw data and human readable documents of any file type, Meta data extraction from analytical and all Word processing applications, Central Storage and integration of data within the secure OpenLAB ECM data repository .
Management of the company’s information security systems to ensure that internal information systems and databases are adequately safeguarded.
Manage and track asset inventory, upkeep, warranties, licenses, maintenance renewals and asset deployment.

Implementing the QM system in a SAP 4.6C environment (Power User for SAP QM Module).
Responsible for the configuration of output and profile determinations, and implementation of certificates of analysis.
Gathered requirements and created functional requirement documents for certificate enhancements and quality data file interfaces.
Knowledge of SAP Quality Inspection, Quality Notification, Result Reporting, Quality Certificates, Lot Management, Stock Transfers, Material Master in the Process Industry.
As a power User for QM module, I involved in the authorized transactions like material movement, quality trends and QM Change transaction codes.
Also involved in the. Validation of SAP system, Annual Product Review Document for the Organization, Standard Operating Procedures.
Conducted onsite training for end users with various backgrounds in computer literacy.
As a programmer front, I have Developed, Designed and Implemented the software for the Issuance of Batch production record across all the enterprise of Lupin limited. Trained the end user for the software and is successfully running.
Project of LabWare LIMS Implementation as Project Administrator with team of 6 Power users. This includes the, Comparison for the LIMS, User requirement, GAP Analysis, Pilot Project. And SAP interface. Modules include full sample tracking, user certification, instrument and calibration management, standards & reagents management, full auditing, CFR21 Part 11, report and sample scheduling and bar coding for Labels. The LabWare LIMS client runs on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Relational Database SQL Server.
Full implementation of ERP system (QCMS Quality Control management System ) in the Cipla Mumbai central. Goa, Mumbai, Puna manufacturing facilities.
Involved to assist in legacy data organization and to successfully implement the QM module with quality planning, inspections, audit trails, and batch status management and Annual Trends.
Set up the QM configuration, developed the certificate forms specifications to consolidate over 40 legacy forms, participated as a team member for data extraction, clean-up, and loading.
I was assigned the role of Administrator for QCMS Implementation and primary support. My duties were focused on issue resolution from post go-live and phase 2 enhancements and implementation.
Post go-live support included monitoring and resolving issues. Internal consulting for design issues and extensive troubleshooting of master data, using all available resources such as programming, basis and functional teams as well as the QCMS Solution Manager.
Phase 2 enhancements included improved inspection plan design for specific process requirements, initiating and follow up of requested programming, long term inspection and incorporating Stability and Micro Modules.
Additional experience from assisting other functional areas in terms of integration points for MM/IM and specialized reporting functions for inventory and quality release controls.
