• Review MIS report with operations staffs.
• Coordination with CFS operation staff, Surveyor, MICT Operation manager, for the achievement of the service level. & attend customer grievance
• Keeping track of Outstanding payments and ensure their collection in coordination with Regional distribution Head/Regional Distribution Manager
• Frequent visit to customer for attending review meeting.
• Weekly review meeting with Department Heads & Head Of Distribution
• Monthly MIS review with Vertical Head
