Worked on the Symantec Technology - VERITAS Net backup 7.0. Worked for the Client “Con-way Freight and logistics services U.S.A”
Installation of net back-up master and media servers, configuring the policy attributes for taking the back-up of clients. Creating and deleting storage units and volume pools. Configuring robots and drives, Configuring and taking catalog back-ups, defining policy attributes in a best way multi-plexing, multi-streaming and disk-staging to perform faster back-ups and restoration. Troubleshooting the errors using all log reports. Ability to maintain backup and disaster recovery plans with Continuity planning. Configuring the VMware Machines on the NBU.
Drafted action plans and led meetings with department executives to review project status and proposed changes. Defined project deliverables and monitored status of tasks.
