• Responsible for reporting to Project Director, managing application of passes for Site (Optima Cards),
video conference activity for Engineering & Project Management meeting and, Transmittal for
engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate arrangements inclusive of charter, accommodation, claims etc.
• Set-up and maintained filing systems as well as operated office equipment’s including phone, telefax,
copier, and Scanner.
• Responsible for all I.T., Maintenance & Logistic requests for the Project.
• Facilitated Mission Order for accommodation/transport request required by the project.
• Received invoices and circulated to all signatories for approval.
• Accountable for scheduling travel arrangements for Managing Director.
• Performed several related works as required by all project management team.
