Neural Network modelling on mechanical properties of a pipeline steel.

mechanical testing witness and approval, external coating and internal painting in pipe mill (Alfapipe - Annaba) Algeria..
GR5 PROJECT :
Quality control of the fabrication of large diameter helical submerged arc welded SAW pipeline, welding book follow up, preparation of test reports, Hydrostatic testing and approval, welding inspection, welding
repairs, NDT and mechanical testing witness in pipe mill (Alfapipe - Annaba) Algeria
- Responsible for following Welding & NDT inspections activities and reporting NCR.
MLE PROJECT :
- NDT; VT, PT, RT
- Identification and selection of materials using for PQR’S and WQT
- Ensure welders are qualified and their certificates are prepared and maintained in accordance with company control procedures
- Conducting and Monitoring welding procedure PQR’S, WQT and Coordinate with third party DPEM (ARH) for mechanical testing in laboratory
- Monitoring fabrication of pipe as per ISO and spooling drawings, check: dimension, orientation, fit-up, preheating, electrode consumable control, welding inspection
- Monitoring NDE requirements’ of piping line systems as per line list and job specification - Check release spool as per drawing
- Monitoring daily report, summary report and traceability of welder’s, welds repair rate and progress
- Witnessing leak test hydro-test and pneumatic test
of piping systems
- Piping test package as per P&ID and line list, review test package and test limit, walk around inspection release and approval for testing
- Ensuring quality documentation is raised, completed and filed
- Liaising with client and third party personnel to ensure that the project is progressed in line with project requirements - Execute the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site according Isometric Drawing
- Prepare and check Test Packages for hydrostatic testing of piping according to isometric and P&ID.
PROJECT : Thermal Gaz Turbine Annaba Port 2x36 MW :
Periodically carry out site visits to ensure that welding is being conducted in line with the
company welding control procedures
- Review and approve sub-contractors welding, nondestructive examination procedures where necessary
- Ensure welders are qualified and their certificates are prepared and maintained in accordance with company control procedures
- Maintain and continuously update the Company Welder Qualification Register
- Ensuring welding instruments for recording parameters are maintained in good condition and are regularly calibrated
- Maintain and update the register of company welding procedure qualification records
- Perform welding engineering tasks as directed by the Company Welding Services Manager
- Providing support to Quality Manager with regards to problems and issues arising throughout the
project
- Delivering support to the Quality team to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Performing inspection of welding activities
- Performing nondestructive inspections: VT, RT and PT
- Ensuring quality documentation is raised, completed and filed.
