- Making the IT annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Submitting a monthly dashboard with comparisons of forecasts with actuals
- Responsible for making all purchases for the IT division (POs and PRs)
- Ensure the IT divisions needs are met efficiently while staying within budget to maximize company revenue
- Working within a team to make the Annual Budget and quarterly business models
- Assisting on the business model for the long term plan
- Making a monthly dashboard report comparing actuals with forecast and budget, along with explanations of any variances
- Developing and growing business accounts
- Coordinating marketing, finance and administration of corporate credit facilities for clients, requiring analysis of client balance sheets and financial data, financial modelling and projects and sensitivity analysis
- Assessment of financial covenants, timely processing of annual reviews and credit submissions to extend credit limits and new proposals
