• Building project plan, tracking and updating it as and when required.
• Managing in-house team, training and developing them and tracking their productivity to review performance.
• Managing Vendor for operational work and reviewing their performance from time to time.
• Estimating project resource and sharing the estimation with the management for approval.
• Qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
• Evaluating all processes; identifying improvements to increase accuracy, speed, reporting and customer engagement
• Conducting regular status meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and reviewing their feedback for further root cause analysis.
• Effective Management of team resource including appraisals, development plans, recruitment of new staff
• Managing ad hoc projects
• Maintaining relationships with all businesses areas that team interfaces with to ensure our service meets business needs and identify any new opportunities for the service
• Reporting to and working with the Manager of IP Support to meet new demands and implement all new duties into workflow
• Providing monthly reports to Manager of IP Support including team performance and data integrity (of Pearson’s rights systems) and review of File Release reports
• Documenting lessons’ learned post project completion.
Promoting compliant and consistent rights acquisition activities throughout Pearson.

Managing the complete full service project life cycle including Requirement gathering, project planning, resource planning, execution, quality check, delivery and feedback ( voice of custom).
