SAIC (Al-Sulaiteen Agriculture & Industrial Complex) is the leading landscaping company in Qatar. This company has expanded and capable of undertaken large scale landscaping projects and providing end-to-end hard & soft landscaping solutions including design, construction and maintenance services for prestigious clients in Qatar.
Reporting to the General Manager and managing a landscape project worth 83 personnel from a multicultural and multi country workforce, I am responsible for:
- Managing of the overall contract, site and staff management to ensure compliance to the contract terms and conditions.
- Managing and executing of site construction, operation and maintenance of the park, specialized landscape, turf service and irrigation work.
- Manage & lead working crews of landscape, turf, irrigation, and mechanic.
- Distributing the jobs and duties according to the projects and site requirements.
- Managing projects according to Quality Standards, Environmental and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Implement fertilizer application, Integrated Pest and Disease Management.
- Coordinate and meeting with the client and other multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manages chemical stocks, supplies, parts & equipment inventories within budget.
- Scheduling landscape and irrigation constructions and maintenances work.
- Prepare yearly, monthly and weekly maintenance reports.

- Maintenance of Landscape & Irrigation Systems at Qatar Foundation, Education City on Call - Basis for 3 years

- Upgrade, Maintenance & Operation of landscape & irrigation works for Federations, Second Grade Football Clubs, Youth Centres & Olympic Garden
Client: Qatar Olympic Committee, Ministry of Culture and Sports, State of Qatar.

Client: Private Engineering Office (PEO), State of Qatar.
- Supply Plants and Installation at the Courtyard of Pearl Qatar
Client: Pearl Qatar, United Development Company (UDC).
Reporting to Manager, I was responsible:
• Leading and coordinating the QA Team (including workload controls, performance reviews, training and ongoing support).
• Prepare, review, implement and maintain all QA Manual, Plans, Guidelines, Standards and Procedures associated with project.
• Review method statements and project specifications to ensure that all the necessary checklists and inspection test plans have been compiled.
• Ensuring appropriate QA coverage of all Project activities.
• Managing and executing QA audits & Quality Plan
