1. London School of Economics - Feasibility and implementation of the Registration of International Growth Centers across 14 countries and Support Services (Project Manager)
Managing a DFID funded project for London School of Economics aiming to register International Growth Centers in fourteen countries in Africa and Asia. First phase included conducting feasibility and recommending country-wise appropriate model of Registration, Employment Advisory, Tax & Regulatory Advisory whereas second phase (in-progress) is the implementation of recommendation.

2. World Bank - Assessment for Use of Mobiles as an Alternative Training Medium (Project Manager, trainer)
Worked as a Project Manager on a World Bank project, in collaboration with the Government of Punjab. Project aims to enhance the utility and value of providing smartphones to various field workers by evaluating and assessing the feasibility of delivering mobile based trainings through the same smartphones. Mazars is required to:
- Develop an Android based Learning Management System
- Develop training content for Health Departments and Agriculture Department initially
- Experiment different options in the field including trainings through projector smart phones
- Conduct in-depth assessment of the training model through smart phones

3. World Bank - Assessment of Innovative Teacher Attendance Monitoring Technologies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Project Manager, Mobilizer, Trainer)
Managed a World Bank project, in collaboration with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Project aims to evaluate the feasibility of monitoring attendance of teachers with a photo-based system using smartphones and face recognition. Major components of the project are:
- Conduct Baseline and Endline Surveys to assess the impact of the system
- Procure and deploy smartphone/tablets
- Develop Communication Strategy
- Train the teachers on the solution and setup support center
- Review other government systems and present options for integration
