• Plan, organize, direct, control & Co-ordinate the Engineering & Operational activities related to Proposals, Design, Supply chain, Production, Quality, Testing & Commissioning, Service & Maintenance, Administration, Human Resource, HSE & Risk Management

• Interpret plans, drawings and specifications and provide advice on Engineering methods to achieve design & Production requirements.

• Research & Develop Panel design to obtain Type test certification for different Ratings as per International Standards & Local Statutory Regulations.

• Calculate the temperature rise, short circuit withstand current and other mandatory parameters to verify the design by calculation as per IEC 61439-2.

• Build Relationship with OEM's & obtain approval for Channel Partner Franchise Agreement.

• Identify & fix issues related to product & process quality by using different Quality management tools & techniques. (Charts, Kaizen, & basic Lean
Six Sigma)

• Determine, implement and monitor engineering strategies, policies, risk Assessment & Plans

• Establish project schedules, setting & reviewing budgets & managing costs.

• Plan, manage & Coordinate all activities related to procurement of supplies/services including selection, Evaluation & Audit.

• Ensure the compliance of all functions / processes and monitor performance to achieve continuous improvement at all levels of Business.

• Plan & develop superior workforce and provide career development Opportunities including recruitment, Training & Performance Evaluation.

• Lead diverse Engineering team including multi-disciplinary teams.

• Provide expert assistance and professional advice to Sales/Estimation, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance & Service, and T & C.

• Handle design reviews with Client & other Engineers, prior to Manufacturing & Completing project documentation.

• Maintaining & Improving existing Engineering Processes and accountable for Health & Safety and Risk Management.

• Coordinate with vendors to identify and procure appropriate equipment and Material necessary for project completion.

• Draw up Budgets, Schedules, KPI’s, company regulations and various other documents / procedures to achieve organisational goals & objectives.

• Assisting with recruitment, training & On-boarding.

• Conduct research & perform Routine & Factory acceptance test for all Panels.

• Prepare Engineering Documents, progress & Investigation reports & Presentations.

• Liaise with Department & Sales manager regarding new product design and monitor manufacturing and installations to consistently meet rigorous Customer requirements.

• Prepare and modify drawings using Auto CAD Tools, prepare Compliance Statements, reply to client/consultant comments and create Bill of material.

• Determine most effective approaches to new projects by reading and analysing blueprints, drawings and sketches.

• Write protocols, qualification documents, test plans and test reports.

• Conduct routine Test & Assist manufacturing in determining proper Industry standards & Customer requirements.

• Co-ordinate testing activities at site & after sales activities.

• Program PLC, SCADA, & Home Automation (KNX) as per customer Requirements.

• Prepare Discrimination study, evaluate short circuit current, heat loss, Capacitor bank & Bus bar size calculation.

• Conduct Internal Audits & ensure all the processes comply with International
standards

• Utilized Auto Cad tools to produce Engineering Drawings.

• Applied principles of electrical theory to advance and improve product Development and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot electrical equipment problems such as Starters, Motors & transformers.

• Performed research into topics such as switchgear, Transformers & motors in support of senior engineering staff needs.
