I was served as an Art Director at the Kuwait Oil Company’s Public Relations and Information Group (under contract of Al Nazaer for Printing & Publishing) where I was handled event campaigns meant for various Teams and Groups within this vast and well-established oil company not only in the region but throughout the world.
Successfully managed and coordinated graphic design projects from concept through completion. Worked closely with clients to create vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements. Effectively build, motivate, and direct design and production teams. Projects included: Al Aqeelah Real Estate, Costa Del Hotel & GPX Petroluem.
As production incharge successfully translated designs into production for Food Stuff Packaging (biscuits, snacks, dairy products etc.), Consumer Products Labelling, Self Adhesive for food and non food applications. Managed particular job technically through image-setter from platemaking until final print-proof. Clients handled included KDD, Petra, RC cola, Rawdatain Mineral Water, KPC (Kuwait Petrolium Co.), Kuwait Flour Mills.
Converted the conventional design department into completely digital design facility for soft board design die-cut and for all sort of food and promotional cartons. Created actual size comprehensive mock-up carton/boxes for the required designs and assisted “Camera & Platemaking Dept.” for special design’s machanical artworks such as Tissue, Bakery, Medicine packaging and special occasinal gift boxes.
Successfully translated subject matter into concrete design for newsletter, promotional materials and sales collateral. Created Design Theme, Collage, Graphics and Artistic Display for In-House Food Promotions of Food & Beverage Dept. Created Almost Every Kind of Stationary which can be used In-House, from Check-In / Front Office to Housekeeping, Accounts to Personal, Food & Beverage to Engineering, Executive to Business Centre.
