• Applying and renewing car parks for staff on Dubai Airport E-services.
• Applying and renewing Airport Security Pass for staff on Dubai Airport Amin System.
• Making graphical reports and tables for analysis.

In addition, any work and safety concern in airport.
• Monitoring Congested Areas and advise controller
• Monitoring and update the RDM system (Arrived, depart of every staffs, Break timings, Allocated in all zones)
• WORKED AS TEAM LEADER OF PROMOTION TEAM
• Determine length and timing of promotions.
• Work with marketing and sales departments to create promotions.
• Train and direct team members engaged in product promotion.
