Management of site team includes site survey, Pre-Tagging, Permanent Tagging making them aware about company’s Quality & safety policies, documentation management, waste management, material and stock management, facility protocols etc.
Study the project drawing, complying piping plan with P&ID plus site condition.
 Ensure timely mobilization of resource for routine site jobs as per Schedule.
To carry out necessary revisions in execution plan and resource deployments.
Provides engineering support to field staff and subcontractor’s
Expediting the job from route selection to final completion of the activity.
Ensure all hold and surveillance points are witnessed.
Coordinating the QC team for auditing and inspection at site.
Liaison with FEDC and Design team to maintain the data of P & ID’s and to extract the BOQs and BOMs.
To prepare project close out report and material reconciliation.

Coordinating, planning and supervising all piping activities conforming to all safety, quality policies and procedure.
Hold regular meetings & exercise strict control over the front line supervisor to ensure timely completion of targets & highlight all bottlenecks & anticipated problems to the Project Management Team. Ensure deployment of human & material resources in an optimum fashion to achieve a productivity level equal to or better than the forecasted.
Reviewing of the progress on daily, weekly basis and analyzing the productivity of resources.
Identification of workable drawings with respect to pre-fabrication status.
Monitoring of the Piping work as per Method Statement & Project Specifications.
Identification & reporting of Extra Work to Planning Department before execution
Organizing and allocation of right manpower for piping erection. Coordinating with Client on different piping modifications. Preparation and submission of final erection and QC dossiers.

Identify and arrange the resources required to execute the job.Working on new modification jobs for the plant improvement. Prepared plan for Piping and structure fabrication as per drawings.
To calculate & monitor the total work front/raw material for sand blasting, painting, insulation for piping as per standard provided.
Meeting with Client to discuss weekly progress and project hindrances etc. and preparation of MOM.
To maintain the as built record for piping isometrics & pipe supports drawings as per agreed design modifications with design consultant.
To maintain the record of man-hours, manpower deployment, equipment & tools deployment, consumables through cost center.
To generate technical queries as a DESCON representative in order to eliminate the conflicts between the design documents & field conditions.
