1. Procurement & Vendor Sourcing
• Responsible to identify and select suppliers for materials like Hardware products, Cutters,
Steel Disks, Marble, Tiles, cement, Adhésive, Wood, steel, finishes and etc.

• Responsible to Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with project budgets.
• Develop backup suppliers to avoid shortages.
• Responsible to communicate with the Brands outside Kuwait.
2. Brand Relationship Management
• Responsible to maintained strong relationship with brands in the region.
• Communicated with brand representatives through email, phone, and social media.
• Responsible to Coordinated brand for collaborations, and material for promotional
campaigns.
• Resolved communication issues professionally and maintained positive long-term
partnerships.
• Prepared reports and provided campaign performance updates to brand partners.

3. Material Planning

chemicals).
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage or theft.
• Visit to the sites on daily basis to check the work progress and meet with the Clients for
design discussion if any changes.
5. Logistics & Transportation
• Arrange transportation of materials from suppliers to site.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with site teams.
• Handle all kind of issues like delays, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers for ordering the materials.
6. Daily Labor Allocation
• Prepare the schedule for the labor as per job at site.
