Making handouts and simple work system as per the SMC standard.
Making safe journey Plan and communicating the Journey plan with driver.
Carry out Pre journey vehicle checking and inspection.
Making HSE Policy and HSE MS for Al Daly Trading.
Co-ordination with Weatherford and others Client.
Insuring the implementation of SP 2000 version 3.
Insuring the competency of driver and monitoring training data base.
Monitoring driver Behavior base safety through IVMS.
Arranging HSE meeting and communicating the Latest issues of HSE violation.
Arranging HSE meeting and communicating the Latest issues of HSE violation.
Conducting man lost drill and reporting to the client.
Arranging Site visit and reporting to the Al Daly Line management.
Conducting pre journey tool box talk and making records.
Assuring Fleet management is specific and fit for the job by vehicle check list.
Making check list for different Purpose.
Conducting Audit with client and participating in sub contractors HSE audit.
Making Journey report and daily work progress report for client
Assurance and record of fitness worthiness of driver with driver signature prior each journey.
Making a proper record of 3 months journey record with the total running Km and total time of journey.
Monitoring of IVMS for driver error and plotting a graph for driving error and selecting a best driver of the month.
Checking the routs and weather of the location and making journey plan as per condition.
Attaching and communicating of route plan with driver before journey
