Review & deliver the sales orders from the warehouse to the clients sites according to the delivery dates.
• Cordinate the communications locally & internationally.
• Provide contractual technical service and assist customers with problem solving support regarding WTT applications/solutions in an assigned customer accounts.
• Ensure implementation of the WTT Service Standards at all client sites.
• Plans and carries out service responsibilities within assigned customers.
• Applies the WTT Service Standards in striving to improve their quality and
document value provided to the customer.
• Visits customer facilities and implements practical application of products.
• Discusses and advises clients regarding results obtained from sampling.
• Establishes and meets customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant.
• Assist in the preparation of reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes.
Contacting potential customers and presenting the company’s product (mobile phone packages to the UK people) and services in order to maximise sales.
