1. Deal with patients/visitors in a professional, friendly and courteous manner following established standards.
2. Deal with callers who may have any complaints in a calm and professional manner.
3. Assist with any general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and typing.
4. Work in the reception area when needed.
5. Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating appointment calendars on a daily basis when needed.
6. Operating switchboard; answering incoming calls, screening and ensuring efficient and effortless transfer of calls to the appropriate resource.
