Exhibition Sales Coordinator:
• Support line manager in all needs of the project and on ground tasks.
• Communicating with partners and exhibitors.
• Work closely with internal team to promote project concept.
• Collaborate with all concerned departments to facilitate exhibition project.
• Following up with HQ and technical team.
• Responsible for the development of Kerten’s hospitality brands as well as the further development of other Kerten businesses in the territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and coordinate with multi-disciplinary team involved in the review and support of new projects.
• Provide assistance and support to operations and business development.
• Support marketing executives in organizing and coordinating various projects.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
• Record sales and booking order information and prepare quotations accordingly.
• Learning and working with various types of sales software.
• Implementing executive marketing plans for Uno Saudi Arabia Restaurants.
• Proposing mediums, ways and methods to improve work processes.
• Executing all tasks given by the operations manager related to operations.
• Duties are restricted to implementing the marketing plans and strategies as well as any other work related tasks assigned.
• Monitoring social media and improving goodwill.

• Sara started as a community manager where she was involved in content creation or developing and
communication/ marketing strategy. Assisted in client meetings and conducted minutes of meeting.
• She also handled Client Servicing/ Out reach program (influencers management) where she was responsible
in communicating and briefing influencers, recruiting talents, preparing proposals and presentations,
contacting third parties such as: agencies, media, and, press.
• Assisted in researching talents, analyzing outcomes, generating ideas, briefing agents about projects and
campaigns, and understating the pricing method and negotiation
