Act as an interface between the Manager and all internal and external visitors and callers.
 Ensure all inquires directed to the Manager are forwarded to the relevant Divisions.
 Schedule external appointments for and on behalf of the Manager, provide information to callers.
 Draft letters and official correspondences (external).
 File correspondences and other documentation appropriately.
 Work closely with the other Executive Administrative.
 Assist the planning team and supporting them.
 Attended to daily administrative work including, calls & taking appointments, typing letters, filing, using Email and booking and confirming reservations.
 Providing administrative support to the undersigned in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
 The focal point for maintaining and administrating the Centre's SOPs
 Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences that would require the attendance of the undersigned
 Make preparations for the weekly and monthly meetings
 Respond to public inquiries directed to the GM's Office
 Brain storming with the participant and the new projects
