• Manage and coordinate the VP calendar including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Handle the inbound and outbound VP office mail.
• Act as the point of contact between the VP and the internal staff.
• Receive the VP office guests and provide appropriate customer service.
• Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Maintain confidential records and files efficiently.
• Book keeping and Process division invoices.
• Support staff in preparation of documentation and paperwork during events and marketing campaign.
• Preparing fleet status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Gather new potential Clients and market information.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
• Formulate quotations according to the clients business needs.
