- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, and headhunting to identify and attract top talent locally and internationally, particularly for positions in Kuwait, Iraq and Egypt.
- Conduct initial interviews, and assessments to identify top talent aligned with role requirements.

-Led comprehensive interviews, and evaluating candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization.
Achievement:-
- Successfully led an initiative to retain 7 out of 11 employees affected by consolidation in the Automotive division. Showed strong dedication and effort through continuous follow-ups and discussions with multiple managers across various brands. This achievement was greatly appreciated by the HR department, employees, and their families, highlighting a commitment to employee retention and organizational values.
- Successfully filled a manager level position in the Iraq market, recognized as one of the most challenging recruitment landscapes, without external agency support.
