Directly Reporting to the Marketing Manager

• Responsible and accountable for detailed business and brand plans including NPDs, channel activations, new packaging.

• Setting distribution targets for each SKU by channel as well as setting the pack rationalization plans by channel; based on consumer insights and the shopping mission of each channel.

• Responsible for Building a monthly retail audit by region and channel; to track brand performance and highlight opportunities for brand growth and achievements.

• Working closely with the supply chain team to ensure sustainable stock availability in the sales branches /warehouses by SKU. According to the optimum stock days level of each SKU in each region.

• Initiating and managing national and exclusive promotions calendar by channel - involving all the stake holders (Channel Managers ( promo calendars) - Production team - Supply Chain & Brand teams )

• Responsible for monitoring the performance of all national and exclusive promotions and reporting results to the top management and all the stake holders.


• Responsible for innovating and producing creative tools of trade solutions by channel.

• Dedicating 30% of my time in the market place and visiting different regions as well as monthly meetings with regional and channel managers to catch the changes in market trends and feedback of the sales and operations teams on the brands and activations.

• Played a major part in developing Coca-Cola’s planograms by channel, by type of cooler and tool of trade.

• Monitoring competition performance through retail audit analysis and market visits.

• Working closely with the brand team to ensure all activations are synchronized on the ATL & BTL levels.
