• Full coordination with media buying agency and production agency. Includes briefing and assessing the agency on regular basis.
• Coordination of different PR activities.
• Follow up of marketing tools development, such as preparing newsletters & provide Marketing & Sales Managers with information & tools to help realize marketing plans.
• Assistance in handling the communication budget.
• Responsible for different analytical tools & reporting them on an annual, quarterly & monthly basis.
• Responsible for Piaget’s different online activities including social media.
• Full coordination of Piaget’s events, exhibitions & trainings.
• Coordinating between Piaget's Head Quarter customer service and the clients locally including full assistance on after sales service requests.
• Support the sales manager market visits with preparation of reports.
• Liaise with the logistics department for smooth transfer & shipment of goods & display materials.
• Monthly payments follow up with clients.
• Handling Piaget’s online back office by answering online requests & updating data on the website.
• PR support by preparing the press releases materials.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions & trainings.
• Preparation of monthly sales & marketing reports submitted to Piaget’s HQ.
