•Receiving orders and creating quotations at the time of pre booking.
•Entering sales order in the system along with providing Performas to respective salesmen.
•Coordinating with salesman in case of any amendments needed
•Follow up with salesmen for the outstanding accounts and informing manager.
•Upon confirmation of order (and provided payment is in place such as L/C / no outstanding invoices), request goods for packing at the warehouse.
•Creating invoices and packing list in case customer requires.
•Following up with warehouse and shipping department for export documentation and shipment.
•Coordinate with customer Freight Agents while ensuring required documents are in place (Invoice/Packing List/Implementation Form/etc.) and that shipment goes smoothly.
•Following up any orders invoiced but not shipped with appropriate salesman.
•Once brand pending orders are placed in system input future orders and forward all pro-forma’s to respective salesman for confirmation with customer.
Appointed in CAD department.
