. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels, working to continually
improve customer service by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgment into action plans,
follow-up of each group post-event and build the business relationship
based in At.mosphere Restaurant and Lounge on level 122 of
Burj Khalifa
. responsible for organization of exclusive and not exclusive events: greeting guests, organizing site
inspections, sending tailor-made proposals based on the client needs, secure pre payment, prepare
event order
. supervisor of hostess team assessing and improving the arrival experience monitoring hostess
attitude, grooming, level of engagement and motivation, participate in hostess recruitment process
. reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager EAM of Food and Beverage Operations
(Armani Hotels and Resorts), strong work relationship with Executive Chef, Lounge and Restaurant
Management team
. key interface for VIPs visiting At.mosphere to ensure appropriate level of attention is given, building
quality public relations
