Followed up on 40+ projects and prepared summary slides on the
deliverables status and present them to the CEO.
Worked with the project managers from the main departments in the
company and eliminated all the blocks to have a smooth delivery.
Monitored project progress and handle any issues that arise
professionally and acted as a point of contact and communicate
project status to all participants.
Developed a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and
Microsoft Planner as all the projects were done using these two
software.

Developed all production standards co-operating with the
supervisors using SMED methodology on Tetra Pak machines.
Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) analysis, weekly board meetings
for tracking the OEE Factors targets and daily monitoring following
the GSTD (Go, See, Think, Do), initiatives for continuous
improvement and eliminating the 7 types of wastes.
An active team member in monthly audits and reports related to 5S
and Kaizne, GMP, PEST control, SWAB tests, and calibration for
equipment on scheduled frequencies and PPEs.
Lead a cross-functional project to streamline the material movement
process & eliminated non-value-added activities.
Worked on line Balancing, Value Steam Mapping, and the 7 tools of
Quality in multiple projects.
Lead the External and Internal Audits related to production and
Monitored CCPs, PRPs, and GMP/Hygiene standards.
Created Document control master list, reviewed all Work
Instructions, processes verification, and updated production
procedures cooperating with the Quality Assurance department.
Developed and conducted frequently any training related to 5S, basic
hygiene, Infection & Preventive Control Awareness, Microbiology in
Food Industry Trainings.
