 Responsible for the purchasing process and the North America team.
 Participating in Improving the current process for the team. Creating standard work process to be followed by all team members.
 Managing current projects and daily update orders status with multiple vendors.
 Sourcing potential vendors, communicating with them, performing RFQ & RFI.
 Responsible for the onboarding process of the new vendors. Send agreement docs and setting vendors up after negotiating prices and payment terms.
 Evaluating current vendors based on vendors KPI’s list and issuing monthly reports.
 Communicating regularly with vendors to check changes in the delivery dates and pricing.
 Closing all open orders before the end of the month to meet our monthly forecast.
 Follow-up on approval of invoices on the system and removing any blocks for invoices.
 Arrange returns of items and watch closely for credit note until order is closed.
 Assisting local purchasing department in orders executing, delivery and invoicing (temporarily).
 Issuing purchase orders on SAP after receiving purchase request on the system.
 Tracking all PO’s to follow up and ensuring delivering & improving SLA.
 Monitor open requisitions on SAP & process PO’s daily.
 Seeking cost savings by identifying better opportunities.
 Maintaining sustainable relationships with supplier.
