My job description is handling the employees in Egypt, middle east and Europe, as the only HR for the group is in Egypt.
-(Personnel); Leading day-to-day administration, including collecting timesheets, dealing with bank accounts, social insurance, filling, employees documents, finishing employees visas, medical insurance, hotel and travel reservations, Creating HRMS for each employee and approving their vacations and expenses..ext.
-Organizing, managing, coordinating, and directing the operations and functions of personnel.
- (Recruitment); Coordinating and participating in recruitment process, including selection, appointment process, preparing reports. This should be done according to the recruitment and hiring procedures and policies set up by HR Headquarters.
- Conducting investigations and research into reclassification, classification and criteria advancement submissions and preparing appraisal reports of employees.
- Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
- (Appraisals) Performing & supervising the HRMS system by following up the process & handling the required reports, and responsible for employees MBOs.
- Conducting with and advising management and supervising human resource issues; investigating human resource related problems and making recommendations to the organization.
-(Training); Sharing in the annual training plan and the TNA for each employee, and reserving training for employees with the middle east region.
- (Benefits and Compensation); Participating in the Comp and Ben department in order to increase the employee’s loyalty for the company.
- Responsible of shipments and clients as any other employee “Client owner” and working under huge pressure due to the large number of shipments.
- Joined and worked in all the departments of the HR (Personal-OD-Benefits and payroll-Training and recruitment), and handling my own work within all the departments
