my key roles in this job are;
- supporting lawyers with paralegal functions such as conflict
resolution audits.
- preparation of client related documents such as KYC and
engagement letters, also following-up with the clients via
e-mails to ensure the correctness and completeness of the
personal data / KYC documents that were received.
- preparing and submitting invoices, credit notes requests,
accounting audit letters, etc., Also ensuring that the
invoices are delivered to the person concerned to avoid
any future delays or misunderstanding.
- Responsible for managing the documents received for
signature / approval both online and offline.
- Developed an electronic filing system to save all the
original documents received from the client to prevent it’s
lost.
- Manage and prioritize calendar for multi-person teams,
and organizing internal and external conference calls.
- Managing the office expenses related to Stationary.
- Providing general office support for the team by answering
phones, typing, scanning, and printing.
