•Creating, editing and listing of the content descriptions for various categories.

•Delivering and implementing the listing of the online promotions, campaigns, and projects in support of all lines of business.

•Acting as a coordinator for freelance content associates as follows:
1) Handing them training material to get acquainted with the job at hand
2) Explaining the training materials by practical ways in order for them to fully understand their tasks
3) Following up with them on the tasks at hand
4) Handling their comments/questions in a timely manner
5) Reviewing the done tasks
6) Scoring their tasks in regard to quality, accuracy and commitment to meet the deadline
7) Providing them with an adequate feedback
8) Reporting to the direct manager on monthly basis

- Delivering and implementing the listing of online promotions, campaigns, and projects in
- Assign the daily tasks to the Responsible teams based on availability.
- Maintain and revise all receiving sheets from content agents and evaluate all sheets according to listing policy and quality of content.
- Upload sheets on the bulk upload tool follows up on all successfully uploaded sheets pending moderation.
- Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly output.

-Research new markets.
-Developing external communications materials including advertisements, brochures, handouts, etc.
-Manage social media properties (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including daily monitoring, posting, and content development.
-Plan and Organize to events.
-Searching about sponsorship & accreditation .

- Handling customers inquiries & complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
- Upsell products and services.
- Research billing issues.
- Research misapplied payments.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
