Deploy on a monthly basis with the brand team the monthly promotions to be able to share the monthly plans with Géant and Carrefour Markets and then share it with the sales team to begin executing their sales plane. Constantly locking store activations and ensuring to lock new product launches in Géant and Carrefour Markets. Track the sales team hit-rate, the unit’s sales performance vs the target set by higher management and ensure to enable the sales team to carry out correct store fundamentals such as; correct planograms, shelf shares, on shelf designs, off shelf executions, multi-location merchandizing and so on. Share any discrepancies in fundamentals with the customer to be able to rectify it based on our annual business agreements.

Achieve the sales target, hit rate initiative and full distribution with the customer assigned. Worked closely with Géant by achieving 100% of the sales target and hit rate for the past year. Prepare for any new product launches with the customer by getting budgets from Business Development Team. Ensuring the customer has full distribution in all our categories. Monitor our category solutions with the customer and to fix any issues that may arise to meet the customer and principle’s needs. Prepare concept sells to the customer for any new changes
