Formulating procurement plan based on production schedule by PPC and available stock levels.

Governing the inventory function to curtail inventory-holding expenses/ costing and adherence to the minimum
inventory level to minimize wastage.
Conducting Management Audits of vendors to review and ensure compliance to quality parameters.

Identifying & developing a vendor base for cost-effective procurement of raw materials, powders, coatings, and
capital equipment.
Negotiations of Annual Rate Contracts with vendors for stock able items and for work order indents and timely
renewal of contracts after complete review
Implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules & establishing the quantity limits for effective
inventory control.
Planning, negotiating & preparing proposals for finalizing orders and handling its execution.

Ensuring drafting of purchase orders, LIV posting in SAP and updating other SAP applications
involved with purchasing & inventory function.
Monitoring movement of procured items in SAP for effective inventory control & to ensure ready availability of
materials for meeting the desired targets.
