3) Attendance and Leave management:
-Track the attendance of all staff day wise in provided excel format (or) in the HRMIS as per organization requirement and communication.
•Track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves for the district in excel format (or) HRMIS.
•Provide this information on monthly basis to the HR Manager for payroll input.
4) Employee data:
-Maintain the complete data base of all employees in payroll in specified excel sheet / HRMIS and update them regularly with any changes
-Create a channel of communication with operations to ensure that this information is available with HR precisely.
- Maintain and update the organograms for the district along with the master data of employees.
•Performance Management:
-Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters.
-Communicate the process of annual / mid/End year appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats. - Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner.
•Employee Separation:
-Ensure resignation letters are received for employees who intend to leave.
•Conduct exit interviews in specified formats and share
with the HR Manager on a monthly basis.
•Follow up for the clearance certificate and ensure final
settlement is done within standard agreed timeline.
7)Data Management:
-Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents at the organization level

Finance-Admin Assistant at INTERSOS

Under the line management of the accountability officer, the accountability Focal point person will be part of the complaint, reporting and response mechanism of Jordan INTERSOS mission which monitors and advises on the quality of INTERSOS Programs in Jordan.assist the Accountability Officer in maintaining an effective accountability and reporting system for INTERSOS at the field level through handling complaints, suggestions, feedback received by beneficiaries via hotline.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for handling, recording, sharing, following up and consolidating and community feedback about INTERSOS Jordan Mission’s Programs.
•Assisting in handling community feedback and response mechanism in coordination to the accountability officer • Ensure that all complaints received via hotline are registered and forwarded to relevant staff members and are followed up closely with relevant departments in order to process them
•Ensure the confidentiality of complaints and data registered is respected, and all information received from beneficiaries are not to be shared with any irrelevant staff members.
•To respond and communicate results and feedback with beneficiaries in a dignified manner with regard to (Complaints, feedback, suggestions) received.
•To carry out any regular tasks relating to accountability under the accountability officer management.

Human Resources Assistant at INTERSOS
