• Working on CRM D365 is main duty, due to that I worked on two projects first one as a support my duty was tracing bugs starting from the frontend (website) and APIs till CRM (backend), fixing these bugs using different tools such XRM toolbox
• second project I worked as CRM Developer worked on this project from an early stages, from creating workflows, ribbon workbench, advanced JavaScript and BPF, continued working until it was live
• Work with Dynamics 365 CRM out-of-the-box features
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
• Experience in configuring and customizing the Microsoft
• Dynamics CRM platform to achieve the customers business requirements
• Create SSRS Reports
• Create plugins using C# .Net using XRM tool and Visual studio and customizing CRM with JavaScript
• Extract data from both ERP and CRM into Power BI
