Over the span of three months I worked as a personal assistant as indicated above. This job constituted of sending and drafting email and due contracts, tracking and scheduling meetings, sorting documents amongst other traditional assistant tasks. Planning marketing campaigns and materials. This job also involved researching top emerging companies and following up with potential clients and business opportunities.
During the first week of this two weeks conference I started the Media Relations and Public Information department and was later moved to the conferences halls to guide the visitors, host, and provide the help needed. I was also briefly involved with the books and publications department as well helping translate a few documents from English to Arabic when needed.
