• Ensures that all employees follow all organizational rules regarding identity, dress
code, attendance rules, vacations, permissions, and work schedules following the
company's internal rules and regulations and that everyone complies with their job
description.
•Submitting reports to the GM on the performance of the employees, the sales
department, as well as the warehouse, also the problems of the branch and
providing suggestions for continuous improvement of the branch (monthly and
annual report)
•Provide appropriate training programs for all employees and prepare presentations
for new sales representatives and introduce our company profile to them, our
products, and the most important selling points for each product.
• Preparing and submitting tenders
• Communicate with agents abroad to complete bank transfers and complete the
process of importing the required shipments.
• Carrying out banking transactions such as money transfers, insurance, and
documentary credits for shipments
• Communicate with shipping companies to determine the best cost and the most
appropriate shipping method, whether air freight or LCL, according to the product
requirements.
• Follow-up with shipping companies in terms of customs clearance of laboratory
reagents and medical devices
• Take the Approval of calculating the cost of shipments and pricing products from
the owner of the company and the purchasing department to the sales department
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the product in terms of quality, appropriate
price, and availability.
