•Guiding the sound engineering in the studio while we are recording the final copy of the advertisement

•Sending and receiving faxes.
•Updating the Data base of the agency to be available in the internal system, by using Excel.
•Contacting with the Radio stations, like Nojom FM to organize a meeting to prepare a media plan for launching new advertisements.
•Organizing all the social events in the agency.
I have successfully achieved a Graphic Design Diploma which includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign programs.
