Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary
•Identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
•Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
•Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
•Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance.
•Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
•Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)
•Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
•Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
Partner with line executives and management to proactively address business issues related to work force development, employee engagement and productivity.
•Develop contracts for new hires, transfers and promotions.
•Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs and ensures that training program goals are met.
•Analyse business infrastructure and provided guidance and input on unit restructures, employee development, workplace planning and succession planning.
•Conduct weekly meetings to check in with each business unit
•Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
•Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
•Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
•Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
•Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary
Assist the management in designing and planning man power plans, budgets, procedures and policy Maintain physical and digital records of all personnel documents, transactions, evaluations and history
•Continue to review, update and improve company policies and ensure policy compliance and awareness
•Assist finance team to prepare personnel related costs, expenses & payrolls
•Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (stafing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, attendances etc.)
•Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, attendance, timesheets etc.)
•Design and update job descriptions
