• Tracking of orders, invoicing, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of the products
•Update stock and inventory across all platforms
• Handling e-commerce portal content and plan and add new categories/products
• Report, analyze, negotiate and provide customer service for various marketplaces and wholesale e-commerce accounts
• Sell and market ideas and product pitches to various partners
• Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets/prospects
• Coordinate with the team to ensure the proper delivery of items
• Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes clients and investors upon arrival, making sure they are properly assisted;
- Processing and preparing documents such as Rental Tenancy Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding, Mulkiya and vehicle renewal registration, and company insurance registration, sending newly hired sales agents for RERA examinations and application of RERA Broker ID;
- Manages company advertisements in Dubizzle and Property Finder;
- Establishing broker agreements with multiple developers and other real estate companies;
- Assist in employee visa application and/or cancellation as well as preparing employee monthly payroll through WPS;
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management and co-workers (agents);
- Filing, updating and organizing employee records, clients and company documentations;
- Collection of monthly bills, tax invoices, and encoding all transactions in QBM system;
- Carry out reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, general ledger, and manage petty cash transactions; - Constantly monitor and follow up outstanding bills and payments with clients and investors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and participating in all activities related to front office and cooperate with other sections as appropriate to ensure each guests has an enjoyable stay;
- Assist VIP guests in the registration process and ensure to address their every need;
- Manages customer feedback effectively, uses guest issues and compliments to motivate the team and improve products and services;
- Supervise the day to day performance of the colleagues in the daily operation;
- Provides training to colleagues and recruits;
- Ensures that all guest information and documents are being handled in a proper manner to protect the confidentiality of guest information;
- Assists the Assistant Manager in efficiently managing the department according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times;
- Supervises closely all Front Desk employees in the performance of their duties in accordance with policies & procedures and applicable laws;
- Ensures all Guest Service Officers maintain a high standard of personal presentation & grooming at all time;
- Ensures that guests receive a speedy and efficient check-in and check-out process;
- Ensures high level of customer service at all times;
- Has a thorough understanding of all the products and services offered by the hotel;
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, courier mail, and messages in timely manner.
