o Manage the HR team with the operation and recruitment tasks.
o Manage the Admin team with the governmental and admin tasks.
o Supervise the marketing team.
o Manage the HR dashboard on key Human Resources metrics.
o Create, update, and promote company policies and procedures.
o Prepare and implement the annual recruitment plan/budget for overseas and local recruitment.
o Determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each opening.
o Activate different sourcing tools using social media, employee referral, and recruitment agencies.
o Determine selection criteria and procedures including resume screening, reference check, screening calls, and in-person interviews.
o Conduct the Human Resources interviews.
o Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and other related documents.
o Supervise the hiring and onboarding process of new joiners including IT, medical insurance, system registration, office arrangement, orientation, etc.
o Manage all government affairs including Ajeer, Gosi, MOL, and Chamber of commerce … etc.
o Supervise and review the attendance sheet and monthly payroll processing.
o Supervise the HR & admin team, motivate the team, and identify areas for improvements.
o Prepare and negotiate business quotations with the clients.
o Lead the annual audit activities related to HR team, clients, and suppliers.
o Manage the medical insurance policy including the negotiation, renewal, process, updates, and related payments.
o Supervise the HR operations processes including leaves, end process, etc.
o Supervise the maintenance physical and digital HR and personnel record.
o Create, update, and promote company policies and procedures.

o Responsible about daily HR operations including employees requests such as leaves, letters, etc.
o Responsible about the monthly payroll processing including gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
o Manage the HRDF addition and deletion of employees.
o Maintain physical and digital HR and personnel records.
o Activate different sourcing tools using social media, employee referral, and recruitment agencies.
o Prepare and post internal and external job advertisement.
o Conduct the Human Resources phone and in-person interviews for entry level.
o Prepare job offer and other related documents.
