• Develop a detailed project plan and monitoring progress
• Lead a Project from its inception to its execution within the approved scope of work and budget
• Organize & Lead kickoff meetings for projects, gathering all involved parties and making sure project is well defined, briefed, and understood by the team to meet the client’s expectations upon delivery.
• Keeping record of all the outcomes agreed on during internal and external meetings and share it with concerned parties.
• Manage resources and scheduling their tasks depending on projects and priorities
• Regularly prepare status reports on each account
• Acting as the point of contact for clients and digital department on day to day operations
• Responsible of each product’s content management system in terms of uploading the correct data, and set the CMS training session prior to uploading the website online.
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on all phases of the project by communicating constantly with clients.
• Forecast tasks implementation time in collaboration with team leaders (Creative Directors and Development team leaders) Schedule tasks, follow up on completion and update their status on daily basis.

• Making sure the project stays within budget agreed on with the sales and finance department.
Oversee the job management from client side as well as being responsible of the internal creative and technical workflow of all digital products: websites, mobile applications and games. Solely responsible of cross-department planning and coordination (finance, planning, content, creative and technical development) to ultimately enhance client’s satisfaction upon the product’s delivery.
•Lead the overall project CPS;ensure that work is produced on time and within budget
•Lead communication and coordination between client and agency
•Produce and overlook product sheet for budgeting each job and coordinate with finance department
•Regularly prepare status reports on each account
•Organise & Lead regular internal status meetings
•Record all client meetings in accurate contact reports timely distributed
•Update and communicate the updated timing plans/estimates to client for approval
•Ensure that Mercury technical team delivers on timing plans/estimates

Exporting Merchandises from various countries to Africa (Liberia, & Abidjan), dealing with different suppliers, preparing shipping documents, and following up on shipments and invoices.
Worked on the Company’s Website and Catalog. And helping the Business Development Department in the Pre-Qualification forms for the company.
