I'm responsible for:
• Provide the services and maintain the Contact Center:
o Refer any case needs follow up or with a protection issue to the right focal point.
o Segregate feedbacks as sensitive and non-sensitive, internal or external and carefully record the quires on the system for future reference.
o Support the MEAL team in facilitating the data entry process in to the data management platform for all feedback and complaints received.
o Register calls into the System database for documentation history and for escalating cases needs follow up.
o Keep tracking any trends inquiries or frequent callers.
• Beneficiaries' satisfaction:
o Ensure responding to beneficiary queries in a timely and accurate way.
o Identifying beneficiary needs and helping beneficiaries use specific features.
o Inform beneficiaries about new features and functionalities.
o Follow up with beneficiaries to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Emergency Response / Staff Security:
o Take a lead role in facilitating timely, quality administrative support function delivery in the time of emergency response.
o Guides and supports management on staff security concerns.
o Promote a safe and secure work environment; foster a safety and security culture, and ensure consistent application of, and compliance with, CARE Jordan safety and security policies and procedures.
• Conduct mobilization activities and outreach visits:
o Conduct mobilization and outreach visits according to the planned activities;
o Conduct the required communication with beneficiaries, working agencies to advocate for Care Azraq programme different activities;
o Supervise, monitor, and manage the activities implemented inside the community center under different components.
• Supervise and mentor Community Mobilization Volunteers: Jordanian, or Syrian who works under the incentive-based volunteer scheme in the camp.
• Supporting overall documentation and implementation of Care programme services:
o Collect, document, and archive all information and data collected through mobilization and activities implementation.
o Data Collection through Focus Group.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor; such as:
o Translating documents as needed from Arabic to English and vice versa;
o Provide administrative and substantive support to meetings;
o Minute’s taker in meetings and working groups.
o Providing support in Assessments “Participatory Assessment-UNHCR.”
