Responsible for: Handling a diverse range of activities, identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities, analyzing client objectives, building a solid client base, schedule meetings and propose the value of Digital and Social Media to their business, attending Digital and Social Media events, conferences, networking, conducting Market Research, being involved in in-house and external research projects, producing business reports based on client requirements, understanding and analyzing the issues and trends on the Internet particularly in Digital and Social Media (for example, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, forums, and other Internet community based sites), handling client issues in a timely manner and ensure quality of deliverables to clients, presenting solutions at the executive level, working with sales, creating presentations to support custom demonstrations.

As an Intern I am not responsible for any projects, rather be involved in the development of projects and add any ideas I can to a project.

Responsible for: Developing and designing visual media, managing files, design collateral, direct mail, advertising, and event materials, updating and reporting of project status, corresponding with clients and vendors, maintaining relationship with clients, coordinate between general office administration and design level projects, implement different Social Media strategies such as Facebook, Twitter and Yelp.

Responsible for: Develop brand awareness, Suggest design ideas that incorporate functionality and aesthetics. Coordinate with the strategy and marketing team to understand precisely the clients wants and needs. Coordinates the production of marketing communication projects. Creating and maintaining an electronic forms library, including tracking forms revisions. Ensuring format styles and graphic standards are met, including color profiling. Preparing electronic documents for archiving.
