Achievements and Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to
ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
* Manage employees records and data using EPICOR software.
* Counselling: Coordinate with Administration team for employee visa/residency issuance.
* Recruitment: engage in recruitment and staffing logistic research.
* Managing employee communication including on-boarding/orientation process in a structured way for
the new candidates to get a clear vision about the organization culture and work environment.
* Delegate some of the less demanding and confidential work to the concerned staff.
