- Initiate the process for developing the yearly staffing plan, and coordinate with other departments to provide their talent needs.
- Supervise the conduction of screening and preliminary interviews.
- Make hiring recommendations based on the eligibility criteria provided.
- Collaborate with the concerned team members to ensure that recruiting processes conform to government and regulatory hiring in addition to staff management practices.
- Follow all relevant Human Capital policies, procedures, and controls so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Identify new channels for reaching candidates and target markets.
- Have a critical role in the implementation and development of HRIS system.
- Manage, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set operational plans, policies, and procedures.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of direct reports.
